Successfully won the dismissal of a case prior to trial based upon the Plaintiff’s failure to provide discovery responses. The dismissal was granted as a sanction for violations of the Court’s discovery orders which was upheld by the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals as just and proper.

A 50-year-old Exeter man who suffered irreversible brain damage following a kidney stone operation entered into a confidential settlement agreement on the first day trial was scheduled to begin against Wyoming Valley Health Care System and a Wilkes-Barre anesthesiologist.
