$26 Million Settlement Reached in Rideshare Pedestrian Crash

A Wilkes-Barre teenager who suffered life-altering injuries after being struck by a rideshare driver has reached a significant settlement exceeding $26 million.


The crash occurred when the rideshare driver ran a red light and struck the teenager while he was in a crosswalk. The impact caused catastrophic injuries that resulted in permanent disability and required extensive ongoing medical care.

$15,300,000 Record-Setting Verdict Against PG&W

$15.3 million verdict obtained against Pennsylvania Gas and Water company (PG&W) following four weeks of testimony in a case involving the death of a child due to carbon monoxide poisoning.
