Attorneys Joseph A. Quinn, Jr., Michelle M. Quinn, Michael A. Lombardo IlI, and Kathleen Quinn DePillis successfully represented two (2) northeastern Pennsylvania families who received a $25 Million Dollar settlement from a national contracting company whose driver recklessly disregarded a stop sign and caused severe injuries to the two (2) victims.

In one of the largest verdicts in Luzerne County history, a jury awarded a Dickson City woman and her husband $10.1 million in compensatory and punitive damages for injuries the woman suffered after her vehicle was struck by a Valvano Construction Inc., dump truck with faulty brakes in a chain reaction crash. An additional $1.9 million was awarded in interest in delay damages.

Plaintiff’s decedent, an accountant, was killed in a head-on collision while traveling on I-81 in Susquehanna County. A tractor-trailer sustained a blowout of the front left tire, crossed the median and struck the decedent’s vehicle.
