In one of the largest verdicts in Luzerne County history, a jury awarded a Dickson City woman and her husband $10.1 million in compensatory and punitive damages for injuries the woman suffered after her vehicle was struck by a Valvano Construction Inc., dump truck with faulty brakes in a chain reaction crash.
