Successfully brought an injunction action to stop the use of a property as a motocross racetrack when the property had been rightfully foreclosed upon and the ownership transferred to the Bank.

Successful in Having Motion to Dismiss Granted and Complaint Dismissed

On behalf of a medical servicer for the federal bureau of prisons we were successful in having a Motion to Dismiss being granted and the Complaint dismissed on the basis that all claims asserted by the inmate were frivolous and a claim could not be asserted against the medical servicer.

Was granted summary judgment by the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania upholding the validity of a lease entered into prior to natural gas being located in the region. The litigation proceeded to the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals, which upheld the decision of the lower court.
