Gerard W. Gaughan

Attorney

Attorney Gerard W. Gaughan joined Hourigan, Kluger & Quinn (HK&Q®) in the fall of 2025 to continue his commitment to advocating for individuals and families affected by personal injury. He represents clients in a wide range of complex civil litigation matters, including motor vehicle collisions, medical malpractice, product liability, and catastrophic injury cases.
