Attorney Anjelica N. Singer joined Hourigan, Kluger & Quinn (HK&Q®) in October 2025. She earned her Juris Doctor from Penn State Dickinson Law. She is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Attorney Singer works in HKQ’s Commercial Department. She is dedicated to serving individuals and families across northeastern Pennsylvania. Her focus areas include banking, commercial litigation, elder law, and estate planning.
While at Dickinson Law, Attorney Singer was an active member of the National Appellate Moot Court Team. She served on the executive boards of both the Women’s Law Caucus and Criminal Law Society. Attorney Singer also volunteered as a Pardon Project Coach through Philadelphia Lawyers for Social Equity, assisting individuals seeking second chances. Her commitment to excellence earned her multiple honors, including the CALI Excellence for the Future Award® for achieving the highest grade in Client Counseling, the Wilkes-Barre Law & Library Association Scholarship, and The Lawrence M. Klemow, Esq. Memorial Scholarship.
During law school, Attorney Singer gained valuable experience through her legal internship with the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts (AOPC) in Harrisburg, where she supported the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania with legal research, correspondence, and rule analysis. She also served as a summer law clerk at Hourigan, Kluger & Quinn, assisting in legal research and brief drafting across a range of practice areas.
Before attending law school, Attorney Singer earned her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from The Pennsylvania State University, graduating summa cum laude from the Schreyer Honors College with a minor in English. During her undergraduate years, she built a strong background in communications and storytelling as a reporter for The Daily Collegian, and as an anchor and reporter for Centre County Report and PSN-News. Her international reporting work in Scotland placed third in the Hearst Journalism Awards feature category.
Raised in Hughestown, Pennsylvania, Attorney Singer is honored to serve her hometown community and the greater northeastern Pennsylvania region with professionalism, compassion, and a deep commitment to justice.
